I have to admit that I'd still like to try it out at least (perhaps after having verified with the eye doctor that it's okay) . . . I have the impression that they might be good for bone density and also building dense muscles (I want my muscles to be dense but not bulky or big around . . I think that's supposed to be one of the benefits of the T-Tapp workout too - and some of those moves rely on the bobble factor) . . .
