Bumping... I'm curious about these too... is it still too soon to say how you've gone with it?

Hi all, pls be careful if u have any eye problems as I have had a detached retina and my surgeon said the vibrating machines are the worst excercise machine for me.

oh they're that powerful? I thought the massage effect might be nice but I might stick with my homedics chair cushion then... Still curious. I am guessing no drastic effects or we'd have heard by now :P

I have to admit that I'd still like to try it out at least (perhaps after having verified with the eye doctor that it's okay) . . . I have the impression that they might be good for bone density and also building dense muscles (I want my muscles to be dense but not bulky or big around . . I think that's supposed to be one of the benefits of the T-Tapp workout too - and some of those moves rely on the bobble factor) . . .

Here's a video (if you ever wonder what Fran Drescher's voice would sound like when she's standing on a vibration machine . . . plus Tracy Effinger - l like her workout) http://pfiles.5min.com/FlexPlayers/S...utoplay=1&fs=1

here is an article about the possible dangers: http://www.ehow.com/about_5402299_da...wer-plate.html (the possible implications re: the brain seem pretty scary . . . I think there's a lot that's not really know about the effects).
